The distance between node sets on a cannabis stem; tighter internode spacing ('stacking') is generally preferred for denser bud development and compact structure.
During the male pheno hunt, Dakota and Santi specifically assess internode spacing. Dakota notes some males from Shwale show very long internode distances (stretchy) while others are nicely stacked. A well-stacked male is selected as a top keeper.
